20 years of Schizzo
No, not Ivan Brunetti's comic, this one's Schizzo with two z's. It's a critical magazine of comics that's been published over the last twenty years by the unique comics cultural center Centro Fumetto Andrea Pazienza in Cremona, Italy. They are celebrating their anniversary with a show and catalog and since Jessica and I have had books published in their Schizzo Presenta series they asked us to contribute a drawing. In 2004 we did a workshop in their wonderful vaulted space. Swissair misplaced our luggage, hence the potato sacks:

hi! great works matt! i've been published in schizzo presenta series too, the one after your book, but i'm not in the schizzo anniversary book purtroppo. You'r 99Ways look very interensting, i hope that someone will publish it in italy.

I just realized I don't have any of the later Schizzo Presenta, only the first 15 or so, so I don't know if I 've seen your work.
In fact, Black Velvet will be publishing 99 Ways in Italian in the spring of 2007.
