This coming weekend I will be at the MoCCA Art Festival in the Puck Building in New York City. Jessica and I will be at table #B38, which is in the middle of the first room as you enter from the street. We will have a sneak preview printout of our new textbook, Drawing Words and Writing Pictures, which will be out from First Second next spring.
I will also have a new minicomic--I can hardy believe I'm writing that considering how little time I've been able to devote to my own comics these last two years. It's a short story I did for a Spanish publication on the theme of "the other" and it is thus called "The Others" (I ran a preview of one of the spreads a month ago or so):
Jessica and I will also have copies of our books, other minicomics, and some original art for sale so drop by and say hello.

I don't know if you've mentioned it before, but that's the first time I've ever heard the title for your textbook, and I just have to say, that is an awesome title.
I was definitely going to buy it anyway -- since I love your (plural) work -- but all of a sudden I'm really excited about it.
How about posting a preview page or two, just to further whet our appetites?

I'm glad you approve of the title, and in fact it may be the first time I have posted it in public like this. You will certainly be seeing some previews of the book here in the months to come, and like I said, we'll have a printout of it this weekend.
Are you going to be there?
Alas, my wife & I have a pretty busy travel summer already lined up (weddings and such), and so we won't be able to make it. Too much work to do!
Obviously it's a long way off, but I am hoping to make it next year.
Enjoy, though. Sounds like a lot of fun.
